Free Shipping - Orders over $200 are eligible for FREE domestic shipping.
Shipping Policy - Delivery time varies between 2-14 days (includes processing and shipping) and may be slightly longer closer to Christmas. If you place an order after 3pm, it will not process until the next business day. Example: Orders placed after 3pm Friday will process Tuesday.
NOTE: Actual delivery times may vary depending on item availability.
Our store is closed and will not ship packages on all major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day or other holidays USPS is closed. Your order will be processed the next business day.
We do try to recycle so your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy or oversized items.
If your order is flagged for a security review, Hay River Tack and Supplies reserves the right to hold or cancel the order. If your order is affected, you will be notified however you decided to be contacted about your order at checkout.
NOTE: Direct signatures are required on all saddle deliveries to verify it is delivered to you, which will require someone be available for the delivery.
Hay River Tack and Supplies cannot be held responsible for failed/lost or stolen deliveries, please contact the shipping provider to file a claim.
Shipping Providers - Hay River Tack and Supplies partners with UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your packages. You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will provide which carrier was used and the tracking number.
Shipping Cost - These rates are based on the size and weight of the box or poly bag required to ship the item and may be subject to change depending on sizes/weights of actual items ordered, we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges as needed. You will receive notification for payment of the difference.
UPS Shipping - Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days after processing your order depending on your proximity to our location. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. You can track your package by clicking the tracking number button in your shipping confirmation email.
USPS Shipping - Estimated delivery in 2-7 business days after processing your order depending on your proximity to our location. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. You can track your package by clicking the tracking number button in your shipping confirmation email. At its discretion, USPS will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, USPS may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at your local post office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local post office for details.
Once the package has left our facility, delivery times are out of our control.
Refused/Undeliverable Shipments - If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Hay River Tack and Supplies reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to require additional payment for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us before reshipping.
Drop Shipping - Drop ship items are shipped directly from the supplier. Delivery of your items could take from 7-14 business days after processing your order depending on your proximity to the supplier. Drop shipping is not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. Drop ship items may not have tracking information available.
International Orders - Please note Duty and Customs fees will be applied to your order by the shipper when your order enters your country. We have no control over these costs and in some cases when a small quantity has been ordered these charges may exceed the actual cost of the goods.
